As a Registered Midwife, Nurse and Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Anita has 30 years of clinical experience including acute clinical practice in hospital and community settings, education and private practice.

During this time she has witnessed the power of the mind-body connection, especially for women during pregnancy, labour and birth. There are many complementary therapies available to support you through the journey of motherhood and Anita offer’s care using naturopathic principles, aromatherapy, acupressure, midwifery acuneedling and energy medicines of Reiki and Pellowah.

Your care is individualised, heart-centred and intuitive, balanced with the principles of evidence-based modern medicine. The integrated medicine approach means your care is collaborative with your primary care giver and most importantly, your personal wishes are of utmost importance.
